The Arakan People’s Health Department under the Arakan People’s Revolutionary Government is currently recruiting trainees for the Public Health Supervisor Level 2 course.
Recruitment began on April 25, and the application deadline is May 15.
The course will last for eight months and will be conducted on a self-funded basis. It aims to train individuals to provide healthcare services to the public.
Applicants must be under 30 years old and have at least passed the matriculation exam. However, those from remote and hard-to-reach areas who have studied at the high school level may also be considered eligible.
Those who are accepted into the course must serve as Public Health Supervisor Level 2 personnel under the Arakan People’s Health Department for a minimum of five years. They are required to work in any location assigned, regardless of the region.
Applicants must submit a copy of their national ID card, a recent photo, academic certificates, and a recommendation letter from the village or ward administrator confirming they have no criminal record and possess good moral character.
In the final phase of the Arakan decisive war, the Arakan Army has taken full control of 15 townships, including Paletwa, and is implementing administrative mechanisms under the Arakan People’s Revolutionary Government.
Among these mechanisms is the Arakan People’s Health Department, which includes participation from former healthcare professionals, specialist doctors, and hospital directors who are now actively involved in providing medical services.
